Liz is a psychotherapist, breathwork facilitator, psychedelic integration therapist and bodyworker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals on their path to wholeness.
Liz has explored ceremonial settings working with plant medicines for many years and has worked within Western clinical research at Kings College London exploring the use of psilocybin for mental health conditions.
She is also a dedicated student of the Mazatec tradition.
